Return Costs 

1. Free returns in certain cases

• Returns are free of charge if the products have manufacturing defects or were delivered in error, in accordance with BIG-WELD S.R.L. Terms and Conditions.

2. Returns paid by the customer

• For returns due to other reasons (change of preference, wrong size, withdrawal from purchase), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

• The cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel, according to the courier's rates.

3. Large products and special areas

• Bulky products or deliveries to remote areas may generate additional return costs.

4. Return methods

• Products can be returned in person to the BIG-WELD headquarters or via courier.

• When using a courier chosen by the customer, BIG-WELD does not cover these costs.

5. Refund of amounts

• The amount for the returned product will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return notification, using the same payment method.

• In special cases, the term may be extended with the customer's agreement.
