* We do NOT export documents in NON UE countries, by road service. Only by air transport.

• DPD Classic road service, to NON UE countries, is available only to legal entities.
• Orders are placed exclusively by filling the Colletion Demand on www.dpd.ro .Orders placed before 16h00 will be processed the following working day.
• For Export in NON EU the sender must pay a customs charge in the value of RON 90 and any other custom charge necessary. For packages worth more than 1000 Euro it is necessary to draw a Custom Export Declaration which is surcharged with 20 Euro.
• For Import in NON EU countries the applicant must pay a customs charge in the value of RON 90 and any other custom charge necessary.
• We do not accept shipping to islands (ex: - Chanel Islands Jersey, Ibiza, Mallorca, Tenerife), with the exception of Greece.
• The estimated transit time is expressed in working days, with the exception of the day when the package is collected.
• Prices do not include VAT and Fuel Index.
